On this site, a few projects of the coregroup are described. The presentation of the projects is structured by the project title, contact person, institution and duration of the project. In the following, a short overview is given and the general aim, the concept of the implementation in the community, the target group and the performed actions are sketched. The last question concerns the evaluation of the project.
